Cling Interview

The techno-inspired Cling is the brainchild (and lovechild) of musicians Susi Lavender and Gerald Patient. Back from spending a summer performing festivals around the UK, Gerald was kind enough to chat with us about how Cling came to be, the excitement that spawned over their 2006 debut release Sonic Spells and how Cling’s sound is just a bit “otherworldly”. If you’ve never heard of Cling, their music can best be described as warm, unusual and beguiling.

Check ‘em out!

Quiet Company Interview

Heya Mobilers!

Okay, I’m pretty excited about this next one. With us is Taylor Muse from the band Quiet Company. We strapped him down, slapped him silly and got him to dish about his biggest musical influences, what it’s like to hail from Austin’s land of musical milk and honey, beating the sophomore slump and why his ultimate dreams don’t include hookers and a certain illegal white substance.

Er, why don’t we just get to it, eh? Meet Taylor.
