Did You Watch the Royal Wedding?

Well, it’s official–Prince William and Kate Middleton are married!

At 11:00AM in London, the couple wed and became the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at Westminster Abbey. They exchanged traditional vows, and everything went exactly according to plan.

As for Kate’s dress, it was finally revealed that she had chosen the house of Alexander McQueen to design her dress, and it fit her perfectly. The bride looked exquisite and walked down the aisle of Westminster Abbey, which was lined with trees for the occasion.

Close to 1:30PM, the couple arrived on the balcony of Buckingham Palace and kissed at the same spot where Prince Charles and Princess Diana famously shared their kiss in 1981. Afterward, William and Kate surprised Londoners by taking a royal ride around the city, waving as they passed by the crowds. (Speaking of crowds, Scotland Yard estimated that there were about one million people who lined the wedding route to watch the events of the morning.)

Check out the ride around London, and congratulations to the couple!
