Need Help?

Enrique Ditches Britney

Early Tuesday morning, Britney Spears’s team announced, along with Live Nation, her upcoming tour for her just-released (coincidentally, yesterday as well) album, Femme Fatale. They also announced that Enrique Iglesias would be joining her on the tour.

Enrique Iglesias

Though technically it would seem that Iglesias would have been an opening act for Ms. Spears, he was planning on performing a whole set, and full production. It would have been expensive for fans and expensive to produce, but that was the original plan. That is, until Iglesias decided to pull out of the tour, announcing it merely hours after the tour was announced in the first place.

So who will replace Mr. Iglesias? I don’t know if it was such a good move for him to cancel, and at such odd timing, too. Why wait until the tour was announced at all? Anyway, I think it would have been beneficial for him to go, but if he wants to be the sole headline, I don’t blame him for that, either. Thoughts?
