SendMe Mobile’s Awkward Ringtone Moment Video Contest WINNERS!

Since June 9, 2009, we have been collecting entries to our Awkward Ringtone Moment Video Contest. We received an overwhelming number of fabulous submissions which ultimately caused us to expand the number of finalists from 3 to 5! After we took the top 5 videos, based on view and comment number, we took the videos to a panel of SendMe Mobile judges who voted on their favorite video. After the tally, the results were nearly unanimous. We are very excited to announce our winners; we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out! Enjoy the videos, and heartfelt congratulations to our winners and runners-up!!

Congratulations to YouTube user TrumpetDStudios! His video, “Send Me Mobile Commercial,” was chosen as the grand prize winner of our contest!! Our judges here at SendMe Mobile were unanimous in choosing TrumpetDStudios’s video as our favorite video. It is creative, well-shot, and an overall fan-favorite. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Our first runner-up is entitled “SendMe Mobile Awkward Ringtone” by monkeylander321! Although it was almost a last-minute entry, it received an overwhelming number of views and comments in such a short period of time. We enjoyed the choreography and the creativity immensely and are happy to announce it as the first runner-up!

The second runner-up is “OMG…SO Awkward.” by TripleSProductionz. It was the first entry we received for the contest and we’re glad that it made it all the way to the end; we were highly amused! It was unique, light, and fun to watch!

The third runner-up is “AznSensAsians: Don’t Jump!” and was watched over 1000 times! It also had positive reviews and comments from viewers. We got a lot of enjoyment out of seeing this entry; it seemed to be popular with the YouTube community.

Our honorable mention is “Awkward Moment with Gordan” by AroundTheDock. The video received an impressive number of views and really amused our judges! Congratulations, guys!

Overall the contest was a HUGE success and we were so excited to be able to get so many great entries. We only wish we could have expanded the prizes out to all of our contestants! But luckily we were able to highlight some really well-deserving videos, and we can’t wait to come up with more contests! Thanks again to all of the participants (including viewers and voters) for making SendMe Mobile’s Awkward Ringtone Moment Video Contest such as success!
